365.bank statements in Moneytale

Moneytale reads the monthly PDF statement of a personal 365.bank account and the statement issued under the Poštová banka brand. Verified on a small number of statements so far — if yours is refused, write to podpora@moneytale.app.

Steps

  1. In the 365.bank app or internet banking open the account and its statements section.
  2. Download the monthly account statement as PDF.
  3. In Moneytale click Upload a statement and pick the file.

What to watch for

  • The “Zoznam transakcií” PDF (history export) is not an account statement and Moneytale refuses it on purpose — it has no control totals to prove not a single row was missed.
  • Moneytale does not yet accept the XML statement (camt.053) that 365.bank offers to businesses.

What happens after the upload

Moneytale reads the payments from the statement and categorizes them by itself. It never signs in to the bank, never sees your password, and the file can only be read. Payments it already has from an earlier statement are recognized and not written twice — overlapping statements are fine. When categorizing card payments the AI sees only the cleaned merchant name, never amounts, IBANs or names — and only if you agreed to it.
