Steps

  1. In Online Banking open the account card and the Služby k účtu section.
  2. Under Výpisy a dokumenty v PDF download the monthly statement.
  3. In Moneytale click Upload a statement and pick the file.

What to watch for

  • The CSV from História platieb (Vyhľadať → export) goes through the general table import — the AI explains the columns. Only the CSV statement from the business BusinessNet has a profile of its own.
  • The credit-card statement (under Úvery in Online Banking) has no profile of its own yet.

What happens after the upload

Moneytale reads the payments from the statement and categorizes them by itself. It never signs in to the bank, never sees your password, and the file can only be read. Payments it already has from an earlier statement are recognized and not written twice — overlapping statements are fine. When categorizing card payments the AI sees only the cleaned merchant name, never amounts, IBANs or names — and only if you agreed to it.
