What Moneytale reads from mBank

    mBank internet banking → Financie → História → Výpis operácií → period → PDF.

Steps

  1. In mBank internet banking open Financie → História.
  2. Choose Výpis operácií, set the period (a whole month, say) and generate the PDF.
  3. In Moneytale click Upload a statement and pick the file.

What to watch for

  • The monthly statement that arrives by e-mail has a different layout and no profile of its own yet — use the chosen-period statement from internet banking.
  • A CSV from mBank can be uploaded too: Moneytale has the AI explain the columns and reads the values from the file.
  • The mKreditka credit-card statement has no profile of its own yet.

What happens after the upload

Moneytale reads the payments from the statement and categorizes them by itself. It never signs in to the bank, never sees your password, and the file can only be read. Payments it already has from an earlier statement are recognized and not written twice — overlapping statements are fine. When categorizing card payments the AI sees only the cleaned merchant name, never amounts, IBANs or names — and only if you agreed to it.
